Q. What is the return & exchange policy on PILLAA®?

Our return and exchange policy allows customers to return or exchange items within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Q. What does "return in original condition" mean? 

"Return in original condition" means that the item must be returned exactly as it was received, including all original packaging, tags, labels and invoice bill. The item should be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear. If the item  is not returned in its original condition, it may not be eligible for a refund  or exchange. 

Q. How are returns or exchanges processed?

When a return or exchange request is initiated for a product, we will arrange for a pickup of the item. Please inform us via email at -pillaaexports@gmail.com or by calling or sending a message to 8006-222-787. Our reliable courier partners will retrieve the item within 3-5 business days following the receipt of your return request. Following the pickup, our team will contact you via email or message. If you option for an exchange, the replacement will be promptly processed, and if you choose to return the product, a refund will be initiated without delay.

 Q. Can I cancel my order?

Please be advised that orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at pillaaexports@gmail.com or by calling 8006-222-787. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, it is important to note that cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Should the order have already been processed or shipped, we kindly ask that you initiate a return upon receiving the item. Thank you for your understanding..

Q .How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

For orders that were prepaid using a bank account or credit/debit card, the refunded amount will be transferred back to the same account or card that was used for the original payment. In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, customers will need to provide their bank details or UPI ID to specify the account where they would like to receive the refund.

Q. How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product? 

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been picked up by our courier partner.                

Q. Do I need to pay for return shipping?

 NO, We offer free shipping for all orders, so there's no need to worry about any shipping costs. Our courier partner will handle the delivery, and you won't have to worry about any payments for returns or exchanges.

Q. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?  

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email or by calling our number and provide photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether it's through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
