Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
✅ One-Time Exchange Policy
- We offer a one-time size or design exchange per order.
- The shipping cost for the exchange is to be borne by the customer.
- As we provide free shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) options, return shipping charges apply for exchanges.
✅ Product Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Returned with original packaging and box
- Must include order invoice or proof of purchase
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ Custom-made or personalized products
❌ Clearance or final-sale items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering

Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping address and next steps. - Ship the Product
Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable courier service.- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed after inspection of the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
