RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION

  • PILLAA® by FABY COLLECTION. The product comes with a Standard brand warranty of  Six months. Manufacturing defects: stitching/ pasting issues, mesh quality, sole integrity. Exchange is available within 10 days of purchase You may choose to return the products (except the non-returnable products as mentioned hereinbelow) within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. In case you return the products within the said period, the amount paid for the product will be refunded to you under the Refund Policy Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

CONDITION OF RETURN

  • The product usually needs to be original, with all packaging and accessories intact. we will not accept returns if the product shows signs of use or damage.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation; when returning an item.
  • In case, you have canceled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement – you will be issued a full refund within 3-5 business days of the cancellation of the order.

FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN THE CASE OF FOOTWEARS
 Pillaa shoe manufacturing defects of footwear, the footwear can be returned within 10 days{ Manufacturing defects: stitching/ pasting issues, mesh quality, sole integrity} the date of purchase with details about the product and bill invoice.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured, or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand canceled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by the either side.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {fabycollection@hotmail.com} and send your item to {FABY COLLECTION

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to {FABY COLLECTION

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
