A Return refers to the process of a buyer sending back a purchased product to PILLAA® Shoes through our official website www.pillaa.com, subject to the terms outlined below.
Situations Eligible for Return
A return request may be approved under the following conditions:

- One or more items are missing from the order
- An incorrect product was delivered

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email customercare@pillaa.com with the following mandatory details:
- Three clear images of the footwear (Top, Bottom, and Side view)
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
Important Notes:
- Returns will not be accepted if the tag seal is broken or missing.
- Used, worn, or altered footwear is not eligible for return.
- If such a return is sent, the courier charges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.
Exchange Policy
