Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Exchange Policy after delivery.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the details provided below, along with your order number.
Cancellation by PILLAA® Shoes
We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or inventory discrepancies
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment verification issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
In such cases, customers will be notified, and any amount paid will be refunded as per our refund process.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If an order is cancelled successfully before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders that are cancelled before shipment will not incur any charges.
- Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in restriction or suspension of future COD services.
Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, including:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Orders already shipped or out for delivery
