- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via email or SMS.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on most prepaid orders.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional shipping or handling charge may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
Courier Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Other reliable courier services based on serviceability
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking link until delivery is completed.
Undelivered or Delayed Orders
- If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, the order may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
- PILLAA® Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may request photos or videos of the package for verification.
- Issues reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
Change of Shipping Address
- Shipping address changes can be requested only before the order is shipped.
- Once dispatched, we are unable to modify delivery details.
