  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on most prepaid orders.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional shipping or handling charge may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Other reliable courier services based on serviceability

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link until delivery is completed.

Undelivered or Delayed Orders

  • If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, the order may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • PILLAA® Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photos or videos of the package for verification.
  • Issues reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Change of Shipping Address

  • Shipping address changes can be requested only before the order is shipped.
  • Once dispatched, we are unable to modify delivery details.
