Definition of Return

A Return refers to the process of a buyer sending back a purchased product to PILLAA® Shoes through our official website www.pillaa.com, subject to the terms outlined below.


Situations Eligible for Return

A return request may be approved under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective
  • The product was damaged during transit
  • One or more items are missing from the order
  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • Incorrect size was received

Customers are strongly advised to review product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before placing an order.

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please email customercare@pillaa.com with the following mandatory details:

  • Three clear images of the footwear (Top, Bottom, and Side view)
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return

Important Notes:

  • Returns will not be accepted if the tag seal is broken or missing.
  • Used, worn, or altered footwear is not eligible for return.
  • If such a return is sent, the courier charges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy

PILLAA® does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product or size, please place a new order and raise a return request for the originally received item.


Free Gift Policy

If your order includes a free promotional gift, it must be returned along with the main product to qualify for a refund.


Partial Return

For orders containing multiple items, partial returns are allowed. You may initiate a return for one or more items from the same order.


Order Cancellation
